Buyer: the person placing the order. The Buyer’s name and surname, delivery address, invoice details, telephone and e-mail address are entered by the Buyer at the payment step and recorded with the order.
Article 2 — Subject
This contract sets out the parties’ rights and obligations for the sale and delivery of the products the Buyer orders on ransawhite.com, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in Article 3.
Article 3 — Products, price and payment
The name, size, quantity, unit price and line total of the products ordered are shown at the payment step before the order is confirmed and are recorded with the order. Prices include VAT (KDV).
Shipping: free for orders whose cart value is more than 950 TL; 250 TL for orders whose cart value is 950 TL or less. The cart value is the total of the product prices including VAT, after any discounts. The order’s shipping charge, the discount applied and the total payable including taxes are shown at the payment step before the order is confirmed and are recorded with the order.
The payment method is the one the Buyer chooses at the payment step, recorded with the order. The methods planned are card payment processed by iyzico and cash on delivery through Yurtiçi Kargo (cash only); each is offered at the payment step only once it is activated. Payment by bank transfer (havale/EFT) is not accepted.
Any payment beyond the main price may be charged only with the Buyer’s separate, explicit consent (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 19/1). The Buyer is not liable for additional costs not disclosed in the pre-contractual information (Regulation Art. 5/3).
Article 4 — Delivery
Products are delivered only to addresses in Türkiye, by Yurtiçi Kargo, to the delivery address the Buyer gives at the payment step. The order is handed to the carrier within 1 business day of its confirmation; the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from that handover and is not a firm commitment.
The Seller performs within thirty days of receiving the order at the latest. If it does not, the Buyer may terminate the contract; the Seller then refunds all payments collected, including delivery costs, with statutory interest within fourteen days of receiving the notice of termination (Law No. 6502 Art. 48/3; Regulation Art. 16). If performance becomes impossible, the Seller says so within three days and refunds all payments within fourteen days; being out of stock is not impossibility (Regulation Art. 16/4).
The Seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third person other than the carrier whom the Buyer designates (Regulation Art. 17/1).
Details of delivery, the shipping charge and transport damage are in the Delivery and Returns Policy.
Article 5 — Pre-contractual information
The Buyer confirms having read and approved the Pre-Information Form before this contract was formed. The information in it is an integral part of this contract (Regulation Art. 5/2). The versions of the approved form and of this contract are recorded with the order. The Buyer was informed that confirming the order means an obligation to pay (Regulation Art. 8/1).
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, and may also withdraw before delivery (Law No. 6502 Art. 48/4; Regulation Art. 9). It is enough that the notice of withdrawal is sent to the Seller within the period in writing or on a durable medium (Regulation Art. 11).
The Buyer sends the product back to RANSA WHITE DEMİR TİCARET İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Rüstem Paşa Mahallesi, Dere Sokak, No: 6, İç Kapı No: 4, Merkez / Yalova / Türkiye within fourteen days of sending the notice (Regulation Art. 13/1). The carrier designated for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo; no return cost is charged to the Buyer when that carrier is used (Regulation Art. 12/5).
Within fourteen days of the product being handed to the designated return carrier, the Seller refunds all payments collected, including the costs of delivering the product to the Buyer, in a way suited to the Buyer’s payment instrument, at once and without any cost or obligation for the Buyer; if another carrier is used, the period runs from the product reaching the Seller (Regulation Art. 12/1, 12/4). If the Buyer withdraws from only part of the order, no shipping charge is asked of the Buyer afterwards and none is deducted from the refund, even if the products kept fall below 950 TL. The original delivery charge on a partial withdrawal and how a cash-on-delivery refund is made are explained in section 10 of the Delivery and Returns Policy.
Details of exercising the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are in the Delivery and Returns Policy.
Article 7 — Exception to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping were opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons (Regulation Art. 15/1-ç). For perfume, shampoo, cosmetics and personal-care products the protective element is the product’s cellophane wrapping, hygiene tape, seal or protective packaging; the product page states whether a product has one. The exception applies only to a product whose protective element was opened after delivery and whose return is therefore unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons; opening the shipping carton is not opening it. This exception does not affect statutory rights for defective or nonconforming goods.
Article 8 — Defective products
If the product is defective, the Buyer may use one of the rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6502: rescission of the contract, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or, where possible, replacement with a defect-free equivalent; where the conditions are met, compensation may also be claimed. All costs of the chosen right are borne by the Seller (Law Art. 11/6). Defects appearing within six months of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery (Law Art. 10/1); claims for defects are subject to a two-year limitation period from delivery (Law Art. 12/1).
The Buyer does not have to state the chosen right when applying; if it is not stated, the Seller contacts the Buyer to learn the choice, and the date the first application reached the Seller is the date of the claim. If, because of a defect, the Buyer rescinds the contract for all products in the order, everything the Buyer paid is refunded, the original delivery charge included.
The Seller may examine a claim against order records, packaging, carrier records and product batch information and assesses it on the documents and the law; that assessment does not limit the Buyer’s statutory rights.
Article 9 — Invoice
The sales invoice is issued as an electronic document (e-Archive invoice or e-Invoice) within the periods and by the procedures of the tax legislation, and is sent to the Buyer as the legislation provides.
Article 10 — Personal data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice published on ransawhite.com.
Article 11 — Disputes
Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, disputes under this contract are heard by the consumer arbitration board where the Buyer lives or where the consumer transaction took place; above those limits, by the consumer courts, after the mandatory application to a mediator under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 (Law Arts. 68, 73, 73/A).
Article 12 — Formation and effect
This contract is formed when the Buyer confirms the order electronically. Its terms are kept accessible in a form the Buyer can save (Law No. 6563 Art. 3/4), and receipt of the order is confirmed to the Buyer without delay by electronic means (Law No. 6563 Art. 4/1-b). The order-specific version of this contract and of the Pre-Information Form that the Buyer accepted is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address after the order is confirmed, and the Seller keeps it with the accepted version.
This contract is version TR-1.0; its publication date is shown at the top of the page. The version the Buyer accepts is recorded with the order, and the order is governed by it.
