These Terms of Site Use set out the terms for using the ransawhite.com website (the “Site”). Please read them before using the Site.
Who operates the Site

What the Site is
The Site is an information-only catalogue website presenting RANSA WHITE skincare and fragrance products.
No order can be placed or is accepted through the Site, and no payment is taken; the Site has no cart, payment, customer accounts or loyalty programme. If these services are offered in the future, their terms and the information required by law will be published separately.
No offer to sell, and prices
Products, product images and price information are shown on the Site for information only. Under Article 8 of Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, displaying goods with their price counts as an offer unless the contrary is clearly and easily understood. The Company states expressly that the display on the Site is not an offer and that it has no intention to be bound by it; this is also stated in the notice on every page of the Site, on product listings and on product pages.
Prices shown on the Site, including those shown as ₺0.00 (0.00 TRY), are not a sale price, an offer of a free product or a right to obtain a product free of charge.
No sales contract, distance contract or any other contract is formed through the Site, and using the Site gives you no right to order or obtain a product. Please contact us for information about product availability and prices; any sale made outside the Site is subject to the law and terms that apply to it.
Product information
Product information, images and price displays may be updated or removed from the Site without prior notice.
Product images are illustrative; packaging and colours may look different from the actual product. If the product information on the Site differs from the product’s packaging or label, the information on the packaging and label applies.
Using the products
The content on the Site is general information and is not a substitute for medical advice. Read the label and warnings before using a product, and consult a professional before use if you have sensitive skin, an allergy or a health condition.
Using the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site’s operation or security, bypass its security or access limits, or send automated or bulk requests beyond ordinary use.
Intellectual property
The RANSA and RANSA WHITE names and logo and the product images on the Site are supplied and used by the Company. The text, images and design on the Site may be protected by the applicable legislation; except where the law permits, they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Company’s prior written permission.
The fonts used on the Site are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Liability
We take care that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we do not undertake that the Site will operate without interruption or errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damage arising from the Site being unavailable or from its content. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and consumers’ statutory rights, are not affected.

Changes
The Company may update these terms when needed. The current version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page; updated terms apply from the date they are published.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers’ rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation, including the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are reserved.
